How it works

Your collection.
A clear path forward.

We agree what matters before the first page is scanned—from how originals are handled to the files your team receives.

01 /

Start with the collection.

Tell us what you have, where it is and what you want to do with it. A rough quantity is fine. Flag fragile items, confidential material or any handling restrictions.

You bring: a brief description and an approximate volume.

02 /

Define a useful outcome.

We discuss representative samples, formats, OCR needs, naming and indexing. This becomes the scope, quote, delivery schedule and quality expectations.

We agree: deliverables, pricing and the project’s practical details.

03 /

Arrange the right setting.

For send-in work, confirm packing, dispatch and return arrangements before shipping. For onsite work, we agree space, access, equipment and a suitable schedule.

No need to ship anything before speaking with us.

04 /

Scan, review and organise.

We capture the material, apply the agreed processing and review the digital output. OCR and any structured extraction are checked according to the agreed level of review.

Attention to: legibility, page sequence and consistent organisation.

05 /

Receive files you can use.

We hand over the agreed files and collection structure, arrange the return of originals and address any issues against the project scope.

Your next step: reading, sharing, searching—or an optional workflow.

Two ways to work together

We’ll find the right fit.

Send your material.

A practical option when your collection can travel. We agree intake, packing, delivery and return details before you dispatch it.

Explore onsite digitization.

For collections that need to stay where they are. We assess your location, volume and working environment before confirming feasibility.

A new chapter for your collection

Let’s put your
knowledge to work.

A few books or a whole archive. Tell us what you have in mind.
