1. Who this policy covers
Digiarch is a digitization service from the team behind Hokma. This policy describes information handled through the Digiarch marketing website and project enquiries. It does not replace the separate data-handling terms agreed for a scanning or document-processing project. For questions, contact privacy@hokmabook.com.
2. Information you choose to share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, organisation if supplied, location, the type and approximate quantity of material, your preferred working arrangement, your message and your contact consent. Please share a description of the project rather than copies of records. The enquiry form does not accept document uploads.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess project suitability, prepare a scope or quote and communicate about the work you request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell enquiry information or provide it to other organisations for their independent marketing.
4. Hosting and service providers
The website and its enquiry form use Netlify. Netlify processes form submissions and technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site, operate the form and help prevent abuse. If you contact us by email, our email services also process that correspondence. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices.
5. Cookies and website technology
We do not include advertising trackers, marketing analytics, embedded social-media widgets or third-party font requests in this website. Essential infrastructure may process technical information for delivery and abuse prevention. Following a link to another website, including Hokma, takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
6. Retention and project documents
Enquiry information is retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant project correspondence and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion of an enquiry. For actual project material, access, transfer, storage, retention, return and deletion arrangements are addressed in the agreed project scope. The website enquiry is not permission to publish your documents or include them in a shared knowledge library.
7. Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, by emailing privacy@hokmabook.com. Please use the email address associated with your enquiry where possible. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where legally required.
8. Children and sensitive information
This enquiry service is intended for adults contacting us about digitization projects. Please do not submit information about children, health records, identity documents or other sensitive records through the website form. If you believe such information was submitted in error, contact our privacy address.
9. Updates and contact
This policy was updated on 9 October 2026. Changes will be published here with a revised date. Privacy questions: privacy@hokmabook.com. Project enquiries: quotes@digiarch.co.in.
